Cloud infrastructure management has become one of the most specialized — and most consequential — areas of IT services. This directory lists 9 cloud and infrastructure-focused providers covering public cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP), hybrid and multi-cloud operations, FinOps and cost optimization, infrastructure-as-code, platform engineering, and observability.
Cloud spend is the fastest-growing IT budget line for most organizations, and the most common source of avoidable waste. A good cloud partner doesn't just deploy infrastructure — they build the operational discipline to run it efficiently, securely, and at predictable cost. Search by platform, location, and specialty to build your shortlist.

Choosing a cloud infrastructure partner
Cloud partner selection is often driven by certifications — AWS Advanced, Azure Expert MSP, Google Premier. These matter, but they're a floor, not a ceiling. A few less-obvious evaluation criteria:
Cloud provider evaluation checklist
- Ask for a sample FinOps report. Cost optimization is one of the highest-value things a cloud partner can deliver. If they can't show you a sample savings analysis, they're not doing FinOps — they're billing by the hour.
- Understand their IaC stance. Infrastructure managed through Terraform or CloudFormation is reproducible and auditable. Infrastructure managed through console clicks is neither. Ask what percentage of their client environments are fully IaC-managed.
- Check their incident runbooks. Ask to see an actual runbook for a common failure scenario. Partners who can't produce one are operating reactively.
- Assess landing zone maturity. A well-designed landing zone — account structure, network topology, IAM foundations — is the single decision with the most long-term consequence. Ask how many they've built and what the reference architecture looks like.
